Pizza al taglio

Pizza al taglio is pizza by the slice that is baked as a large rectangle. Common in Italy, and known commonly as Pizza Rustica, for the peasant like pizza. Pizza al taglio are very basic pizzas, consisting of tomato sauce and cheese with a few, at most two, toppings. Toppings are the general ingredients, including asparagus, ground meat such as ground beaf, sausage, zucchini, salami, onion and many more.
